The Environmental Health Office is Relocating

The Lincoln County Environmental Health Department will be moving to 115 W. Main St., 2nd Floor, Lincolnton, NC 28092 on Friday, February 21st 2020. The office will be closed Friday, February 21st and will reopen Monday, February 24th.

We apologize for the disruption in service and appreciate your patience as we move to our new location.

2020 New Assessment notices will be mailed February 14th, 2020

If you would like to appeal your value, you have 30 days from the date of the letter to appeal informally to the Appraisal Division by calling 704-736-8670; or you can mail your informal appeal to 100 East Main Street, Third Floor, Lincolnton, NC 28092.

The formal appeals to the Board of Equalization and Review will begin April 6, 2020 and close on April 27, 2020.
